Sunday Serenade: Auld Lang Syne

I’ll come right out and admit it.

I used to be a real Gleek. I remember getting ahold of the DVD of the first half of the first season for some ridiculously low price from for Christmas a couple of years ago.

I popped the first DVD into the player and sat down with my wife, known to me as She Who Must Be Kept Entertained Or Else, and watched the first episode, much to her anticipatory disdain.

After the episode ended (one which I really loved), I was all set to continue the DVD once she had gone to bed. Instead, she turned to me and said, “Is there any more of that? I want more.”

Since then, she’s been a real Glee fanatic. I, of course, have pretty much moved on. I’m not watching much tv these days, and Glee just got a little too silly. Still, that doesn’t mean I don’t like listening to some of the singers.

Which leads us to the Sunday Serenade I want to share with you dudes today. It’s a version of Auld Lang Syne by Glee star Lea Michelle.
